Shipping Details: In stock orders will take 3 to 7 business days to process. We do not anticipate it, but back orders will take longer to process. USPS Domestic First Class delivery takes approximately 2-7 business days. We will continue to update shipping options. We are able to accommodate overnight requests at your expense.

We are happy to ship to international customers in countries that are not on fraud watch lists. Standard shipping rates will apply. We do not require insurance on international orders under $75. If you would like to have us insure an order under $75, please advise in the comments section of the checkout process. The quality and timeliness of Postal Services deliveries in other countries varies. As a result, orders sent to addresses outside the US are sent at the customer’s risk. International customers, please note that we cannot be responsible for address mistakes, delays or non-delivery of international mail. Customers are responsible for customs duties, local taxes, tariff and other fees required for delivery beyond the actual shipping cost. Please note carriers may charge fees for customs clearance. These fees are your responsibility.

We may ship “Signature Required” on orders valued over $250.

Payment Methods: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All orders are processed securely using FirstData and CitiBank.

Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect applicable local and state sales tax on shipments to any location in New York State.

Returns: firstbling proudly stands behind the products we sell. Any unused item may be returned within 21 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange minus shipping and handling costs. If you are not satisfied, please contact customerservice@firstbling.com and we will do our best to correct the situation. If you choose to return the item, please send an email to customerservice@firstbling.com notifying us with a USPS or other tracking number. Your shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be insured, include a tracking number, return address, email address, phone number, and a copy of your packing slip. Processing returns may take 3-4 weeks. Repairs: If any part of the pendant is functionally defective, we will replace or repair it. Please notify customerservice@firstbling.com with an email and phone number and you will be contacted. We do not take responsibility for the black cord that is included as that is easily subject to normal wear and tear. As a courtesy to our customers we include an extra leather cord that you can self-tie.

Security: Firstbling takes security and privacy matters seriously. We do NOT sell or rent to any third party the personal information you provide to us online and we will not share your information with any unaffiliated third party without your consent.
